Order Placement and Confirmation

Order Processing and Delivery

Once confirmed, orders typically undergo processing within 1-3 business days. After processing, you can expect estimated delivery times to range from 7 to 12 business days. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your return request within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, maintained in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for purchase.

Order Cancellations
